Cemetery Introduction Tours List of Approved Gravestone Contractors
- Applicants should select and appoint a contractor from this list for carrying out gravestone or other related works. Contractors not on this approved list shall not be considered;
- The appointment of contractor to carry out gravestone works shall constitute a contractual relationship between the applicant and the contractor. The Catholic Cemeteries shall not be responsible nor held liable for the loss and damage to the contracting parties resulting from the said appointment;
- A 'Work Permit' in Catholic Cemeteries with formal approval by the Superintendent should be obtained before commencement of works. Please contact the Catholic Cemetery Offices for details;
- The erection or repair of gravestones and other works in the Catholic Cemeteries shall comply with the relevant legislations in Hong Kong, the Rules of Catholic Cemeteries and the 'Work Permit' conditions;
- For the execution of works, the contractor should possess valid Business Registration Certificate, Public Liability Insurance and Employees Compensation Insurance;
- The List is being updated from time to time, please contact the Cemetery Office for latest information.

- Always check and only appoint contractor from the updated approved list. Do not appoint other contractors with similar company names.
- Do not make final payment prior to site checking. Do not sign the 'Work Permit' in advance or before work is satisfactorily completed. Please contact the appointed contractor directly for issues to follow up.
- The costs, materials, layout & design and workmanship vary with different contractors, you are recommended to seek different quotations for comparison.
